Education is a priority for the Kuwaiti government, as indicated by its significant investment in this field. The private sector is complementing the government’s role not just in meeting the quantitative side of demand for educational services, but as well in developing the quality of education.
Established in 2002, the Kuwait International Company for Education is currently at the forefront of its national peers. The company operates private universities and institutes across the country, at high educational standards and with curricula focused on meeting the labour market demand, especially the technical institutions’ needs.
