This move proved strategically and commercially prescient. Through Al Barakah, Bukhamseen Holding has benefitted from increasing involvement in multiple spheres of media and entertainment,
many of which are dynamically growing in conjunction with modern society.
Key activities include newspaper and magazine publishing, TV production, cable TV operation, events and conferences. The group became even more deeply involved in media when it became the controlling shareholder of Kuwait Cable Vision.
