To complement the construction arm of its business and widen its activities, Bukhamseen Holding acquired strategic stakes in oil and heavy industry.
This journey began in 1996 when Bukhamseen Holding and a partner founded the United Steel Industry Company, also known as Kuwait Steel.
Not long after, they also founded the Gulf Energy Company and Asian Concrete Industries, rounding out the industry and oil segment of the group’s diverse portfolio.
Through these three companies, Bukhamseen Holding maintains a lucrative and strategic presence in the industrial sector, whereby it secures the supply of building materials for its investment in other industries while retaining a firm foothold in Kuwait’s oil sector.
